| Hi Everyone! I'm heading back to the Beach on Tuesday, 5/26. I've been on SB in the past...about 3 years ago and lost 40 lbs....had some family emergencies since and my eating habits went to pot. I've tried just about everything and SB is the only one that my body felt good on. Also, I never felt like SB was a diet...it was a way of life. The last time we just ate better, but didn't exercise. We both feel that was our downfall...exercise & better eating habits go hand-in-hand. Anywho....I have 80 lbs. to lose...I don't care how long it takes, as long as I'm NEVER at this weight again! My DH & I are 42, no kids and live in New Jersey. | Well, I'm new to SB too. I'm just beginning Phase 2, but I am loving what SB is doing for me. In just two short weeks I can see a real difference in my body. I'm down 8 pounds (which is tremendous) but my stomach has really flattened and my pants are getting loose. I am not having any trouble at all eating this way. It feels so good to get a handle on overeating. When I eat this way, my cravings for carbs is pretty much wiped out. Now I really appreciate the carbs I do eat, knowing that they're all healthy carbs. I've lost 57 pounds through diet and exercise. Now I'm trying to learn the right way to eat so that I don't gain any of those pounds back. I'm on this journey with you. Cindy N | ||||||||||

| Thanks for the warm welcome! The reason we're not starting until the 26th is that we just moved into a new house and can barely see my fridge & oven...this weekend I plan on getting my kitchen organized and go SB food shopping to be ready for the Beach on Tuesday. | ||||||||||
