Hello, my name is Chris I've been checking out if the South Beach lifestyle is for me. I too have tried and was successful on Atkins and Weight Watchers only to gain it all back
PLUS! Its the "plus" that's the kicker. I recently quit smoking (will be 2 years this July ~YAY~) and am battling menopause (UGH!) so you can imagine my struggles with eating and weight gain! I guess I just don't know where, make that "how" to start. I have a gym membership but have not used it for months Should I read the book first or is there a quick overview of phase 1 that I could have while I read and familarize myself with the South Beach way?
After reading tips on Phase 1 on this forum, I took the plunge.....today, May 19th is day ONE!!
