| why do u find it so hard to maintain? It's just healthy eating and whatever you develop as healthy eating habits during P2 to lose the weight is simply what you continue to do to maintain it. that's why working with P2 to find foods you enjoy and to develop eating patterns that you feel you can sustain for the rest of your life are so important to breaking this cycle. If you look at this as just a "diet" as something you go "on" to lose weight then you may be missing the point. You need to stop "dieting" and going "on" SB or any other diet. You need to focus on changing your diet permanently and focusing on ways you can make this a permanent change. That's really the only way it works.
