| I'm on day 13 of SB and so far have lost 6 lbs. (Only 45 more to go!) I have been reading some of the postings on here for the last week or so, and have found it really supportive and encouraging. Thank you for that! Every time I feel the urge to cheat I've been just making myself sit down at the computer and read your posts for inspiration! It has really helped, as this is my third attempt at making it through phase 1. (I tried in November and January as well...) Just wanted to say hi and thank you for all your help! I'm sure I'll be putting in my 2 cents from time to time as well... | |||||||||||

| Hello LosingIt! Good for you....six pounds gone and done with! Ounce by Ounce, pound by pound..it will go! I try to ask myself why do I want that "no-no" and I usually cannot come up with a good reason so I don't eat it. I do have it a little easier, I have no children living at home and my DH is on the Beach with me, so most of all contrabands have been banished! We keep each other in check and on this WOE. | ||||||||||

| Welcome and best wishes on your continuing SB journey!! And remember this is a longevity and consistency based program, NOT a perfection based program. Be careful not to get caught in a P1 spin cycle based on every little misstep so that you never get to P2 which is the real program and the real weight loss phase. It works best as a lifestyle change, not as a diet! | |||||||||||

| Thanks for all the responses and support! I'm 1 day shy of week 4 now, and I've lost 8 so far! (I need to get one of those weight trackers so many of you have!) I look forward to continuing on this journey! | |||||||||||
