hi all.....i gained alota weight during my second pregnancy due to a hormone treatment before and no exercise during the actual pregnancy....my weight went from ....ok im a brit livin in spain so im metric...but in pounds from 115 pounds to 78 kilos whats that in pounds

: anyway its a lot.....after nearly 6 months im down to around 129 which may not sound huge but as im quite narrow build and an ex long distance runner its all in the wrong place....apart from the huge lactation assets

havent bin doin serious dietin up to now lotsa salad, veg , fruit...way to many lattes and the weekly relax day....but i know have to put some energy in to this for the last 15pounds.....so last week started readin up bout the beach....and have bin followin ,not to a tee phase 1....meaning eliminating fruit all starches.....no relax day and one milk cofee per day

i do still enjoy the odd glass of white wine which i know is a sin but im tring to do 1 hour runnin..each day...but thats my only sin...im feelin the pinch though....feedin baby boy on demand....and attendin to a ten year old....energy levels are fallin...love to hear from supermoms that can juggle all

aimin to lose these pounds in 7 weeks ..... but if i lose 10 in time for august will be happy lotsa love
