| Hi everyone, I'm on the 9th day of Phase 1 and every thing is going great, I started the plan to try and lose the love handles and a little flab around the waist, my weight when I started was around 163 pounds which I liked . I workout every other day and I'm in good shape but just had trouble around the waist area, as of today I'm down 5 pounds and the handles are getting smaller. Everyone here has a lot of great tips, and food ideas. Thanks. | ||||||||||
