| Hello, tomorrow will be my first day on the diet for second time, about 4 years ago lost around 18 pounds, but they came back, I hope I can continue and lose more, I will need a lot of support, to give me meals and snacks suggestions. See you later!!! | |||||||||||

| Hi Bubbles! Welcome back! I'm not far ahead of you, so feel free to lean on me if you need extra support! (And remember, the first few days are the WORST but you can and will get through it!) This forum has helped keep me going when I get frustrated and I think you'll find it can do the same for you.
