Default New to the boards! (not SBD)
Hi! I've been doing the south beach way of eating since 2004.

- Did you notice I didn't say "I'm on the south beach diet"? SBD is truly a way of eating that you permanently mesh into your life. To say "on the ...diet" sounds temporary.

I love finding new sbd recipe ideas - I did an internet search and found the forum tonight!

Anyone can lose weight in any number of both healthy and unhealthy ways. There are very few healthy ways to both lose weight AND keep it off and maintain it. SBL provides that option when you stay with it!
