Default One week in and no weight loss
This is the first diet I've ever been on. I have stuck to Phase 1 religiously but 8 days into it, I haven't lost any weight. What's going on? I'm getting discouraged!

Me too. It is my official 1 week mark. I also have never been on a diet and I have not lost anything. I have been following the diet very closely. do you have a lot to loose? I only have about 10-15 lbs to loose and I am thinking that this is the reason why I have not lost anything. everyone is different and looses weight differently. are you drinking enough water? Your body could also be in shock from the sudden restriction of the carbs and sugar. once it adjusts, you may begin to loose. Hang in there
