| Hi! I am starting Phase 2 today after losing 14lb on Phase 1 - it has been very exciting for me to lose weight and not be hungry! I know that this pace of weight loss won't continue but I am glad to at last know that I am eating healthily and not feel deprived or starving! | ||||||||||

| That is fantastic results for phase one cheshirecat! Great work. Phase two is an awesome place to be. While the weight loss will certainly slow, it is much more liberal with the food you can eat. The biggest advice I have for you heading into phase two is to take it slow. Don't add a bunch of new stuff at once. You will need to pay attention to your body and see if certain foods cause your weight loss to slow or if they add back in cravings. I think it is wise to add one thing back in at a time for a week or so. For example, I chose to add apples back in my first week. I think that was all I ate new that week. Later I added back in steel cut oats, so on and so forth. Again, congratulations! Welcome to phase two.
