| It's not unusual for weight loss to slow down and plateau during P2. Sometimes our bodies just seem to take a break from active weight loss and regroup a bit before continuing on! Maybe just a good time to reevaluate and look at possible portion creep esp. for things like cheese and nuts which can quickly become "diet busters". Also don't be afraid to switch things up. Try some new recipes, introduce some new foods, change up your exercise routines. Sometimes we just need to "shock" our bodies a bit to get them to take notice again! | |||||||||||
