Hello
Today marks my first week on this diet. I thnk I feel better but, I'm not sure. I believe that all of the bads things are starting to leave my system. I was a bread break. I did not think I could live with out it. I love sandwhichs and to not have one was a struggle. I have done well with that aspect of phase 1. Now sugar is another thing. I must say that I have not been true to the diet in that respect. I have not had candy, cookies or other things like that but I did have a glass of fruit juice the other day. OK more that the other day lets just say a couple of days. But, I'm back on track.

Sad I know I can not go one week with sugar. I count it as an eye opening experience

. But, I can say that as I drank the juice I though about how this is setting me back. So, I now am trying to make this second week better than the first where sugar is concerned. Don't know how may pounds, if any, I have lost. I think my closes are a little lose around the waist.

I have a lot of questions about this diet and finding things that are good for you that don't have a lot of hidden sugar. I get to the questions another time. Until then I'll be back.
