I might also recommend if you are starting in P2 to begin by avoiding whole wheat flours in general within your Starches category and focus more on the starchy veggies and whole grains more in their whole format than jumping into the breads and pastas zone. While allowed when they are 100% whole grains, they do tend to have a much higher GI than grains you actually have to chew first! And don't forget your beans/legumes in the veggie category for additional satiety and fiber too!
