| Hello, Just starting to get info on the SBD. I have ordered all the books from the library and looking forward to reading them. I am planning on starting this new way of life after a vacation planned the middle of the month. I want to be informed and ready befor just starting...Any advise? |

| If you have never done the plan, you will love the program. I am 56 and did it a second time this last March and I have lost 22 lbs. I am not going to say it was effortlessly because the phase 1 is not for the weak. I have done Weight Watchers before and of course they give you more to eat right away, but I am the kind of person who needs discipline. I have maintained my weight since March pretty good but feel I need to lose another 5-6 lbs so am going back to a stricter phase 2. I have been indulging with wine every weekend and have gotten a little lax so have put back on a few lbs. You will love the program..it gives you lots to eat and the weight will steadily drop off. I lost 10 lbs the first month and was hoping for at least a 6-8 lbs. loss. Come to the boards often..there is loads of support here. The one thing I can tell you is always have something on hand to nibble on like cheese or nuts..don't ever let yourself get hungry!! Good luck to you!! | ||||||||||
