| I am in my 3rd day of Phase I. I am completely addicted to tomato juice and was really excited to see I could still drink it. Is there such thing as having to much though??P.S. Really missing ![]() !! | ||||||||||

| Yes probably. You should be getting your vegetables in from actual vegetables, not just their juices. Otherwise you are getting a lot of the sugars and carbs without very much of the fiber and other nutrients found in the whole tomato. I'd probably try to limit it to a glass or two a day personally. You need 4.5 cups of vegetables per day and you should not subsitute more than a 1/2 cup from vegetable juice, a 6-8 oz portion. | |||||||||||
