Gaining work weight Hi All!
I recently (one year ago) completed grad school and started my first real job. I also quit smoking around that time. Losing the habit of exercising by walking to class and cutting out the cig breaks has not been great for my waste line.
I am 5'6 was at about 130-135 throughout college and now find myself creeping towards 150. My stomach and abs were always my FAVORITE part of my body, but now I find that my pants are leaving marks on my belly, ewww. I would love to get back to 130, meaning I need to lose about 15 pounds. I am not a huge sweets person, I do not crave chocolate or sugar, but pasta, oh man! Give me pasta any day all day in any way, shape or form! I would love to find a friend with a similar situation to support one another. I have no problem sticking to no carbs the first two weeks, but I feel like I am over-eating to compensate. I made some SBD chilli and have been eating it like crazy. Thoughts? |
