| Hi fellow SBDers! My husband and I just began Phase 1 yesterday. He only has about 15 lbs to lose (which I'm sure he will do in no time, lucky guy), but I need to lose 120. Right now I'm just looking at 20 lbs at a time. I turn 30 in April and want to feel better, look better, and live better by then. We're doing great so far! I'm feeling a little sluggish today, but am going to go out and take a walk in the COLD and see if that helps perk me up. Anyone else out there just starting? | ||||||||||
