| Can someone please look over this menu and see if it is good for day 1. Egg Whites 1 cup Spinach 1/2 tomato Snack 1 String Cheese Lunch 1 Cup Lettuce Chicken 3-6 oz 6 cherry tomato 1/2 cup cucumber 1/3 cup beans Balsamic Vinegar Snack 30 Pistachio Dinner Fish or Chicken 3-6 ounces 1/3 cup Beans 3 cups green veggies | ||||||||||

| Looks pretty good. Only thing I don't see is any dairy (allowed types of milk and yogurt) or much in the way of good fats or their equivalents. (nuts, while they contain some good fats are in their own category.) You should be having a teaspoon with breakfast and a tablespoon each with lunch and dinner or their equivalents. A complete list can be found in the P1 foods list near the top of the P1 discussion forum here. Whole eggs are fine too and may fill you up more. Lots of good nutrients in the yolks and they really don't affect serum cholesterol at all in moderation. How do you feel? satisfied? There is also an optional snack after dinner if you want one.
