Hi, I just started phase 1 (again) on Monday, I am nursing so for the past 3 weeks I've been trying to adjust phase 1 to fit my needs. I started first with a strict adherence to phase one guidelines but after 3 days of not functioning I added in some carbs, and started feeling better. Now after doing some research and having tried different ideas, I am starting over doing a modified phase 1 for the nursing mom. I am 5' 7" and weighed 155.6 Monday morning. I know they say only weigh once a week, but this morning I weighed again and was at 154, so I am off and running can't wait for Monday to see if i loose more!!
