I am starting week 2 of Phase I and things are going well. I am down 6 lbs, the desire to "graze" or snack is gone, and this just seems so easy. I am not new to dieting- lol - been around that block a zillion times, but SB seems totally reasonable and real life.
These boards, what little I have read, are so filled with helpful tips and information. They are a wonderful resource. Thank you to all the moderators and all responsible for making all this available at our fingertips.
