| I already eat pretty healthily with of course the occasional bouts of unhealthy eating which I want to eliminate. But for the most part I'm not terribly overweight and am in pretty good shape and try to work out around 4-5 times a week. I want to lose around 15 pounds total...will I really lose a bunch of weight in the first two weeks like the book says? | ||||||||||
