| OK started my day with a protein shake and a spinning class... because I'm so busy at work I didn't track every morsel but had cheese for snacks, a few almonds, salad for lunch, and beans for dinner. Not bad, a big departure from typical days! I have a headache and have had one most of the day, probably my body going into sugar withdrawl. I took the dog for a short walk this evening after dinner. | ||||||||||

| The headache could be related to some dehydration, so be sure to drink plenty of fluids. If you're cutting down caffeine too fast it could be from that, too. | ||||||||||
