OK, today is day one of Phase Two, and I decided I am going to start my journal. I was very disciplined throughout Phase One (I suprised myself!) but didn't exercise much. I only lost about 4 pounds, and I was expecting to loose more. But I am going to keep going with this because I am determined to reach my goal weight! I tend to be impatient....
I cheated yesterday (wafer french fries with cheese) and it was tastey. I actually didn't feel that guilty because I was so good through phase one and I didn't feel out of control when I was eating them - it just made me want to get back on track today. I think a little treat every two weeks is Ok for me. I deserve it! Plus, I went jogging afterwards (which felt great!)
Soooooooo, phase two...
B - 1 cup Kashi go lean cereal with 1/2 cup milk (2%, i know)

Almost lunch time and i'm having a can of tuna in water, raw zuchinni with hummous nad 1/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt
