| Holy cow...I have muscles aching in my legs that I didn't even know I had! Man, I can't believe how much of a workout roller blading really is! I can say I got my exercise yesterday alright...my shins are killing me! Bkfst-scramb eggs, V8, decaff coffee snack-cheese stick Lunch-Turkey burger w/tsp light pizza sauce, mozzi cheese, onion & mushroom (basically a homemade pizza burger w/o the bun!) & small salad Snack-peanuts (the one's I didn't eat yesterday) Dinner-Steamed fish, broccoli & side salad Still avoiding the scale...hopefully that will turn into a good thing next week instead of a bad thing...lol Super busy day ahead... | |||||||||||

| It's actually Teresa (but you were close, I have a sister named Tina...lol) Boy, busy at work, but I'm finishing my lunch...here's what's on the menu... bkfst-poached egg, canadian bacon, V8 & decaff sack-light n fit yogurt lunch-lettuce w/SBD Rach (yummy) and peanuts snack-cheese stick dinner-??? NOT SURE...YIKES!!! Stir/Fry & salad (my old faithful) I've got to go to the store tonight...my Birthday is Sat. so I was thinking I should make myself a SBD friendly cake now, so when someone wants to force "BAD" cake on me, I'll be prepared with plenty of ammo of my own. Whadda ya think? OMG...I just realized I have to add another year to my age on my signature Saturday too... CRAP-O-LA' Well, I'm taking Friday off for my "BIRTHDAY DAY", so wish me luck while I'm off. Keep your fingers crossed for me, and I'll let you all know how my big day went on Monday...have a great weekend all!

| crap...the party is over? oh hell, I guess...I did pretty good. I made the browies and they were good. (wasn't no cake, but good) lol My friend made me a low fat chocolate cupcake (no frosting) and I ate that, but other than my one cupcake, I did great! I'm proud of myself by golly...lol I'm alone in the office for the next month or so, my co-worker is off having knee surgery...so I can't promise I'll have time to chat every day, but I'm going to do my best to at least check in and post my menu. bkfst-eggs & canadian bacon, v8 snack-light n fit yogurt lunch-salad w/ soy nuts & cucumbers w/ranch snack-cheese stick dinner-chicken taco salad...I CAN'T WAIT!!!...yummy! | |||||||||||
