| This is my first journal. I just jumped back on the SBD yesterday....so far so good I guess. I thought I would journal and maybe it would be a little easier to obtain my weight loss goals. Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, thin slice ham, water Lunch: Taco Salad, water snack: slice of ham and cheese rolled Dinner: left over chili (no crackers) my favorite part! Desert: SF vanilla pudding There were maybe a couple things i could have done differently but I haven't gone shopping yet and I didn't have my daily Pepsi, so I guess I did pretty good considering. | Yeah! I made it one whole week and I'm down 6 lbs at least. My scale keeps fluctuating. So...so far not so bad...he he! Here is what I had today: Breakfast/Lunch: lettuce wrap with ham, green pepper half with laughing cow cheese. Snack: 1/2 piece of pork chop with salsa? Dinner: That Tuscon grilled steak...M MM! Green beans. Snack: peanuts Today was kind of messed up, but all n all I'd say not too bad! | ||||||||||
