sunday's journal Well I have to say it's getting a bit easier to eat the "good" foods. I am finding myself eating a lot more vegetables than before. I like the idea of "filling up" my plate. I can still eat enough to get full and not eat a bunch of sugar? WOW! That's incredible my friends! Anyway, here's what i ate Today:
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled 1 cup skim milk
snack: hardboiled egg
Dinner: cheeseburger(ground round), cauliflower (steamed), side salad! (Stuffed!!)
No snack after supper, I was full! I think I am doing better now that I am learning the better food choices. Good luck to me eh?
