| Today is Monday, the start of a new week. I didn't start on Monday so it's not been quite a week yet. Still going strong, trying to make healthy choices. This is what I ate today: Breakfast: 2 slices bacon (quick grab, thats what everyone else had) 1 cup skim milk snack: celery with lite laughing cow cheese Lunch: hardboiled egg, slice cheese Dinner: Chicken breast with Cauliflower, broccoli and water chestnuts, steamed, crystal lite. snack: another stick of celery with the laughing cow cheese M MM! | ||||||||||

| I'm not sure you know this or not but you dont have to start a new thread everytime you enter in your journal... you just respond to the one before. it really dosent matter to but it makes it eaiser for yourself if you ever want to look back at your progress... if you would like no one to respond to your journal then that can done just write on the title please no reponses... its up to you... | ||||||||||
