Ray... you can journal right here on this site... just start a thread for yourself... you can also check out www.fitday.com I think they have a journal section, also a place to track what you eat.

Sure, go ahead and journal here. We have a journaling section. There are also free blogs online where people can journal. Just do a search for one. But it would be a good idea to start a journal here where we can visit and give you advice and also give you lots of support on your journey.
