| Well it is a new year and I am back on board. I had slipped but not as bad as I thought. I had gained about 10 pounds over the course of 3 months. But it is again a new year and with it comes new found determination and drive. I have been back on my wagon since January 6th. I did the phase one for a week and am slowly starting on phase two again. I just have to remember to take it day by day....or minute by minute as the case may be.....and NOT to look ahead. That always gets me excited, then I start feeling too complacint and disaster strikes. I will get there. Slowly by surely | ||||||||||

| I really have to work on my attendance here. I am so terrible. I havent been doing too terribly bad of late. I havent weighed myself either so I suppose that isnt very good. I feel good though. Does that count for anything? | ||||||||||
