| well I was going to start this again tomorrow.... but I just jumped right in today.. I have been doing WW but getting sick of paying the fee.. so I will go back to sb... pretty much eating a lot of the same... going to miss my fruit for 2 weeks. I am gluten free and feeling 100times better today B running late... had 2 string cheese, and canadian bacon wraps... v8 and lots of water S another string cheese and some mixed nuts (1/4 cup) L I will have a salad with oil and vinegar dressing, meat and a bit of cheese... hmmm looks like I am getting too much cheese today.. no more!! S a handful of cherry tomatoes, and D baked chicken (sweet potatoes for the rest of the fam) salad, green beans. s sugar free jello Excercise will try and make it to the gym tonight.... but gotta take my van in, was rear ended last week. | ||||||||||

| ok so last night did not go as planned. I got stuck running errands, so got home and we ate left overs.. clean out the fridge. So for dinner last night I had shimp and broccoli in brown rice pasta... it was good.. and I am totally ok with it. Today's meals are as followed... B 2 hard boiled eggs, v8 vitamins S string cheese and canadian bacon L big salad of romain, cuces, orange pepper, grape tomatoes, chicken and oil and vinegar dressing S nuts D.. well this one will be tough, youngest son is having a few friends over for his birthday, I will probably buy them little ceasars pizza (I can't eat it anyway cuz I am gluten intolerant) and older son has a basketball game at 5:45 away.. so I will need to leave about 5:15 or so. I will try to throw in the chicken breasts in the oven when I first get home and then either fix a salad for everyone.. or just veggies for me... | ||||||||||

| ok so yes last night was tough... I was just on the run from the moment I got off work. I did manage to dring a lot of water.... but I grabbed a small bowl of the brown rice pasta, with shrimp and broccoli, then at the game I had popcorn. My DH and DS both wanted to stop at dairy queen so we did after his game, but I did not have anything!!!! Yeah me So today... it is a new day!! I made for breakfast sauted orange peppers, onions, canadian bacon and put like 1/4 cup egg beaters in scrambled it, and a bit of cheese on top with salsa!!! mmmm quite good. Had by vitamins and then about 60 oz of water.. I am thirsty this morning. For lunch the kidos are having hotdogs and chips (again no temptation for me cuz I can't eat gluten) so I wll fix a big salad. ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/journal-your-way-thin/1763-heidies-her-way.html This afternoon I have to run my MIL around, not sure if she will try and take us out for dinner, cuz that is just her way, but I am planning on salmon, and a veggie and salad. | ok, so I ate a brownie... but that wasn't too bad I am ok.... and for dinner I did make salmon, veggie and sweet potatoe fries (I had just a few) gotta eat what we have in the house the salmon was awesome!! Today is Sunday... gotta go to church, going to take the rest of the brownies for childrens church snack! B cheese, canadian bacon and egg. Water and vitamins ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/showthread.php?t=1763 super bowl sunday... but it is here so I am planning on veggies and hummus! I have home made split pea soup I will put out, and then I plan on making several chicken breasts, so I can have them thru the week too. Sundays I don't usually cook dinner cuz I am busy making lunches for the week (and something for breakfast) I am already in the habbit of doing this cuz of being gluten intolerant, my choices of eating out are limited, so I make things up in advance, so I can "grab" healthy things instead of a "burger" that would make me sick!! Will check back later and tell you what I ended up with!! oh and JOY TOM is about to arrive any second...... | ||||||||||

| So yesterday went ok... had a ton of veggies and hummus, chicken, just one small handful of chips.... but lots of water!! Dragging a bit today.. due to "sb flu" and TOM!! ick!! Here is what is planned for today: B egg, canadian bacon and cheese v8 S veggies and hummus L chicken breast, more veggies S nuts D hmm I didnt really plan for dinner...I will probably do something with chicken... since it is quick and easy. I need to start working out.. walking something!! I have to run errands today (take MIL to DR) during my lunch break, so that is out.. maybe I will just walk after work when I get home.. or do pilates! | ||||||||||

| ok so I was swamped yesterday, did not get a chance to post.. I did ok, but was so busy I didn't plan, so I did have 2 slices of bread... but that is ok I could have done a lot worse... I really didn't eat much... Yesterday: B one egg , v8 vitamins ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/showthread.php?t=1763 S non fat latte L string chees and canadian bacon rolls (2) on the run S celery and laughing cow D here is where I was rushed... pb sand on my homemade gluten free bread S oh and I had popcorn... at my sons basketball game! Today I will do better B egg and v8 and vitamins S veggies and hummus(maybe a latte) L big salad with lots of veggies, chicken breast, and a few sunflower seeds S celery and laughing cow D fajeta without the shell (salad for me)the fam can have tortillas (I cannot eat them anyway since I can't have wheat) S I think I will make jello this afternoon so I can have jello and coolwhip and lots and lots of water | ||||||||||

| So I think I was right on yesterday.. maybe I didn't eat enough... B egg and v8 S nuts and then cheese stick and canadian bacon L salad with veggies, chicken breast S celery and laughing cow, Latte D tuna, celery S (ok so I caved) 1/2 C icecream... but that was it!! Woke up this morning and after a week on the beach I am down about 3.5 pounds!!! So I am going strong!! here is what is up for today... B egg and v8 S cheese stick and canadian bacon L salad with turkey and cheese S nuts latte D not sure here.. going to be running errands but I will be sure and keep it beachy!!! | ||||||||||

| SWI-ZZEEET! almost 4 lbs.!! Your on a roll! Keep up the great work...and I have to say... "Ice cream!!????" I should smack you...(lol) :Catfight: we all have our moments...someone had to give you the guilt trip...hehe Keep up the super job your doing...just try to avoid ice cream...it's very EVIL! | |||||||||||

| Oh but it was SSSSSOOOOO good and I needed (ok maybe not needed, but wanted) just a little bit to satisfy my want!!!! But I am totally on track again and going to loose loose loose!!! | ||||||||||
