| Yes- so far so good. Thanks for asking. I did the South beach Diet last summer, semi-organic, and lost 37 lbs. But then i went to college and gained some of those back, so i'm tryin to get back on track. | ||||||||||

| Today Lunch - meat and cheese sliced - 1 low-fat yogurt - bowl of pineapple(i know not allowed) Dinner- assorted hourderves (SB Friendly I've lost one pound- I'm sooooo excited!! That's motivation right there. | ||||||||||

| Eating Semi-organic on this diet helps wonders switching from regular milk to soy milk from regular yogurt to organic yogurt making sure you get your fruits and veggies eating only whole grains-but not every day drinking more juices, waters, and teas- less pop Those are all things that worked for me watching your portions, and exercising help too! | ||||||||||
