Unfortunately (or fortunately) learning how to eat well and properly and engaging in regular exercise is really the only time tested and safe way to lose and maintain weight. You can lose weight any number of ways. Keeping it off and learning to live a healthy lifestyle are the real challenges. If a diet supplement actually does help you lose weight, what do you do when you get "there" if you don't have the other components in place?
