Default motivation

I really have slacked the last week. I need my regular work schedule to keep me on my toes. I'm glad everything will be going back to normal this week. I have been way too stressed lately. I have noticed that eating is becoming a problem for me. I have a hard time eating. I try to eat slowly and chew my food completely but I still feel like throwing it up. I can only eat 3 or 4 bites of something. How bizarre is that! I know it is stress related so I need to find more time to relax and exercise more. Wish me luck!!!
