| I swear I am having some really stressing days ahead. I have been so worried about my oldest quitting college to join the Navy, my daughter becoming a young lady and the youngest with his version of the bible verses he needs to memorize for school, that eating is the last thing I remember to do. I had yogurt for breakfast, lunch was a joke the only thing I could find at the office was some microwave popcorn. Good thing I took the time to put chili in the crockpot for dinner. | ||||||||||

| Treat yourself good, remember food is key to lose so if your not eating right your not losing...(wow did that really come out of my mouth)..... Stress has us all one way or another just be strong stay the course | ||||||||||
