Default a new challenge

I decided to start exercising first thing in the morning instead of the evening. If I don't do it first thing I have a tendency to keep putting it off. So this morning I did 30 minutes of my Leslie Sansone DVD. It felt so good.

B-Yogurt
S-nuts
L-soup
S-lowfat cheese
D-grilled chicken breasts and parmesean coated zuchini maybe a few cherry tomatoes
