| okay so I managed yesterday to take 4073 steps which is 1.542 miles and 193.3 calories burned. Didn't get to work out today so tomorrow I will have to workout a little longer. Tonight was wash floors,rugs and window blinds. The weekend I will workout longer each day | ||||||||||
