| Well definitely trying to watch and make sure I am eating right. Back is making exercise a bit of a challenge. I shall overcome... I can always lay flat out on my back and do leg lifts if all else fails...lol | ||||||||||

| my back is feeling a little bit better. I have been stepping up the amount of walking I'm doing. Gotta love the stairs. I go up and down my basement stairs several times a day. I go up and down until I'm to winded take a break and do it again. Can't afford a gym so I use whatever I can at home | ||||||||||

| Well I am back up to speed. My goal this week is to add 200 steps each day. I love my pedometer I get to challenge myself each day to go the extra step. | ||||||||||

| today was good got my workout in. I am feeling pretty good it really helped being able to take my jeans in. Can't wait to hit the sales after the holidays for new ones | ||||||||||
