| Congrats on the 5lbs! I would resist the urge to bake just yet. I think day 3 and 4 are the roughest so try to hang on. When I tend to bake I think more cookie dough goes in my mouth than I actually eat cookies so I've been staying away from them. Eventhough my cravings are gone, the urge for sweets are still with me. | |||||||||||

| I did it! It is almost 6:30pm and I have made it through the day without cheating! I know, such a small feat, but day 3 is a killer for me!! I never make it to day 4, so maybe it will be just as bad, I don't know!! I made cookies today, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, muffins and some kind of chicken alfredo bake. Looked yummy but did not touch. I didn't even lick the chocolate from a melted chocolate chip off my fingers cause I knew if I did I would eat one!! All I can say is if I can resist these urges at my tom then I can do ANYTHING!!!! So yay to me today!! Tomorrow is a new day and I am ready! | ||||||||||

| Yay to you is right, Makkat! I agree with Paintedbliss that days three and four are typically the toughest. I also would not have thought making cookies on Day three would be a good idea. You are some determined girl!! I have found that I don't have cravings and I do have impulse control, but still I would not tempt myself with home-made cookies unless it was absolutely necessary. But, we're all different and what works for one might not be the same as for someone else. Glad you had a good day! | |||||||||||
