So...7 days into the diet..went to weigh in this morning...down 5 pounds from last sat....not bad I guess...I was working really hard though...Anyway just posting my results...so far so good...keep up the good work...go me!

Five pounds is GREAT! If you don't think it is much, try hauling a 5 pound bag of sugar around all day long--you'll soon see! Just don't eat it
