| LADIES THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR REINFORCEMENT.....YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME AND BUNCH OF TUFF ASSES....(KIDDING).......I'M NOT GONNA GIVE UP UNLESS LIKE I STATED ITS NOT DOING ME ANY GOOD....FULL SPEED AHEAD FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS...... MOOD TODAY............AWESOME ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/journal-your-way-thin/441-frenchs-journal.html why i dont know .....i'm bleeding like a stuff pig and yet i'm okay with this....so we will go with it...still have not gotten off my butt to exercise...dam ....every morn since i started the sb....i have been telling myself......"SELF" this is the day you will start with your brief walks and the very much hated sit ups......and every night when i get home from work i talk my self right out it...i will say oh its been a long day and dinner isnt even cooked yet....after dinner go for a walk....yeah right.... i sit my lazy ass on the couch and wait for my favorite shows to come on..does housework count as exercise..a little huh...so i'm not totally lazy i love a clean house and work on that everyday....but thats it though.tonight tonight tonight will be the night..... ha i will let ya know tomorrow!!!!!!!...hugs to all french | ||||||||||

| Make an appointment to work out and don't let anybody take that time from you. Once that becomes habit it will fit into your schedule easier. An exercise walk or workout tape right after you get home from work is good because when you are done, you still have your whole evening ahead of you and you've cleared out the cobwebs from the workday. Great on the positive mood. This may very well be a sign that you are detoxing the sugars from your body. The first week on Phase 1, a lot of people feel crappy from the detox, then you get a mood/energy surge! Maybe start your exercise today since the mood is upbeat? | ||||||||||

| I would say before you eat , but I'm no expert. If I exert myself on a full stomach dinner doesn't stay where it belongs! But I have esophogus issues so maybe that's it? I dunno. | |||||||||||

| before is good or at least an hour or two afterwards, but if that puts you two hours or less before bedtime you may have trouble sleeping. How about before with a quick energy snack about an hour prior? | ||||||||||

| yeah you guys are right if i sit down to eat....there is no way i'm gonna wanna clean up and then go.....cause by then my shows will be on....cant miss the t.v. shows.....so thank you for your help...french | ||||||||||

| I find celery and peanut butter or cream cheese a good snack before working out. it's not too heavy. I don't eat a meal before working out, as the workout usually supresses my appetite anyway...then i eat about an hour after. | ||||||||||

| mood today.......determined now that i got on the scale and bummed myself out completly.....i know i have to get off my lard butt and work.........and no for the record i did not exercise....i'm gonna join the y tonight......and work my two tummy double butt off....... | ||||||||||

| I would KILL for a 4 pound loss girlfriend!!! I lose slower than you, but at least I am losing. Hang in there and turn your mind around. How long has it been since you have seen the scale going in the opposite direction for not SOOOO much effort? Heck, you aren't even exercising yet!!!!! | your so right here iam dumping more food into my body than i ever have and taddddddddddddaaaaaaaaaa the scale is going backwards...slow or not its moving backwards......:Clap: i'm okay with the loss i have to remember that its not a fast its a slow steady way of doing it.....thx french | ||||||||||
