| Well, today is day one of week 2 on phase 1. That was a mouthful! lol Stats so far: (this is tough to do...) S: 222 C: 214 Weight loss so far = 8lbs. Not bad at all for my first week. What I ate today: Breakfast: Mushroom Omelet & 2 slices of turkey bacon Snack: Skipped cause I wasn't hungry and we were out. Lunch: "Taco" salad. Snack: 15 almonds & decaf tea Supper: pork & pepper stir fry Dessert: Not having one tonight. Going to work on water intake instead Water so far: 32 oz Overall today went well. Dh and the kids all had chocolate candy today...boy was that hard, I really wanted some, but didn't give in. Want to keep my induction as clean as I can. | Thanks luv2! Today was a good day, Been busy most of the day doing some spring cleaning. Breakfast: 2 veggie quiche cups 2 go, 1 cuppa decaf Snack: Skipped, (ended up having w/ lunch) had a bottle of water Lunch: 1 cup black bean salsa chili w/ 1 TB light Sour cream. 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese. Snack: 1 celery stalk w/ 1 wedge light laughing cow cheese wedge Supper: "pizza" chicken, small antipasto salad with 1 TB Newans Own Vinegar & Oil dressing. Dessert: Missed cause we went out and it's now after 7pm. Overall not a bad day. The pizza chicken was great! I made a phase 2 acceptable pizza for dh & the kids. I felt like I was eating pizza with them, didn't miss a thing. | ||||||||||

| Awww Thanks Moggy Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon Snack: Celery w/ light laughing cow wedge Lunch: 2 cups lettuce, 1 grilled chicken breast, 1 TB sour cream light, 2 TB guacamole, 1 TB salsa Snack: Fudgesicle Supper: *Planned* Swiss Chalet - chicken with veggies and salad. I'll check back in after we get home and edit the supper. | ||||||||||

Yeah, I really want to wear shorts this summer and not feel like a completely beached whale at the cottage this summer lol Today went ok...I think I ate too much today though Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with 1/2 cup mushrooms & 1TB salsa, 1 cuppa decaf w/ splenday and 2 TB ff milk. Snack: Little over 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 sf fudgsicle Lunch: 1 cup Black Bean Salsa Chili Snack: Another sf fudgesicle...been an emotional day...that was better than what I really wanted trust me lol Supper: 2 pork loin chops grilled, 2 helpings of SB Roasted veggies (OINK OINK). Dessert: Want a dessert but don't think I should LOL Emotional eating sucks! Hopefully I didn't gain a ton from this day.... | ||||||||||

| I've had days like that, too. I just don't go back and put it in my journal after I've already posted what I ate. I'm still losing weight though. It's weird. But sometimes I have more than one sf fudgesickle or more than my share of nuts. Yesterday I hit the peanut butter kind of hard. I thought I'd see a gain on the scales, but it didn't happen. | |||||||||||
