| :Hiding: Am 177# 5'8" 38 36 40something 1st 157# 36 32 40ish 2nd 137# 34 30 3? 4/3 scrambled egg, 16oz water, 10 almonds, double handful lettuces, sesame ginger vinagrette, 2c black & pink bean chili w/4 slices cheddar cheese, 1/4c part skim Ricotta w/scooplet Stevia & 1/4 tsp Raspberry extract. 6oz Seltzer. ( 8oz water + 2 Fiber capsules. skipped vitamins, oops. Work, no dedicated exercise) 4/4 poached egg, 1 sl. Canadian bacon capped w/melted provolone 2 slices, 2 handfuls mixed lettuces, 1/2 of a medium raw zucchini, 1 handful raw sliced mushrooms, 4oz chunk chicken (water pack, wrung out) topped w/3 tblsp PONZU (soy/citrus sauce), 2c. lightly steamed Mustard Greens sprinkled w/balsamic vinegar, 1 Turkey thigh - skinless, rack roasted, 1/4 c. Almond ricotta, Misc = water, 2 fiber capsules, 30 Pistachio nuts, vitamins, 3 hard candies (NIPS), walked a 20min/mi 4/5 same as above, minus the chicken & mushrooms, the pistachios & hard candy. Add 2 stalks celery w/3 tblsps Hummus AND a CADBURY EASTER EGG! Walked a 19 min/mi. 4/6 2 eggs scrambled, 2 slices bacon (as much fat removed as humanly possible), salad thing w/celery & 1/4# boiled ham, 2 tblsps Caeser dressing ( bit rich), 5 oz mushroom & 1 medium onion, sweated then seared to caramelize, 1/3# mesquite marinated (no oil, just water) top round, 2c steamed broccoflower (milder than cauliflower) w/dash red wine vinegar. 2 fiber capsules, still not enough water, no vitamins and no exercise - gotta stop answering the phone early in the morning... desert will be lemon ricotta 1/4c. | Hi Lia! Welcome to the journals! I wear shorts all summer, even to work. I hate to give them up when it gets cold so I wear them into November even. The backs of my legs look pretty scary with all the cellulite. But I only see it when I turn around and look in the mirror. So, I try not to turn around and look.
