Default Brownies Thread

Hello everyone.

Today is my 4th day on SB so far it has been pretty easy. I do notice my calories are very low though like 900-1200 a day. Seems very low for someone who works out everyday, but I have not had any problems working out and I have noticed the water weight falling off.

I would like to loose anywhere from 7-10lbs and I have been saying this for 2 years now and im tired of it so that's why I decided to do the SB.

Does anyone have any advice for me? My weight is 122 and im 5'4" and 27years old. My main concern is my rearend and my hips I really want to loose about 3" off my hips. I am hoping that SB will help me do that.

Welcome! Just keep in mind when you have a small amount to lose, it doesn't come off as quickly as it does for someone with more to lose. And you may want to measure yourself, alot of times you lose inches but don't see the loss of the scales.

Sadie, thanks for the info. Oh yes i know i don't jump on the scale at all. I did weigh myself a few weeks ago before I even started this SB and im pretty sure I still weigh the same. I told myself im not weighing myself though just going by the way my clothes fit and the way I look in the mirror.

If you weight yourself and then it doesn't tell you what you want to hear it ruins your entire day, im so tired of that, so I have vowed to stay off the scale (o:

Ya I didn't even think about that when I made my name brownie. That is my nickname my husband calls me cause of my brown skin, brown hair, and big brown eyes

Welcome aboard! Be sure to read all of the stickies at the top of the different forums. We are a fairly new board, but we already have a wealth of information. And, yes, weight comes off slower if you don't have much to lose. Just know that this is a very healthy way of eating. Eventually you'll get to where you're going and hopefully not feel deprived along your journey.

Oh I know that feeling all too well! It's good that you don't weigh often, it takes alot of self control. I used to weigh every day and it drove me crazy! I managed to get myself down to once a month..or less! I now like to go by how my clothes feel (non-stretch jeans are great for this!)
