| Well I saw this site today and I thought it would be great for me to track what I'm doing and how it has affected me already. Today marks my 1 week anniversary with it and so far, I have lost 10 pounds!!! Average Breakfast: 2 Eggs 2 Turkey Bacon Average Lunch: Salad Leftover chicken or sirloin Average Dinner: Chicken or Sirloin Veggies Salad Snacks: Sugarfree Jello No Sugar Added Fudgesicles Mozzarella Cheese Sticks Cube of Reduced Fat Cheese So I am in love with this diet! I did have a tiny cheat. I took a spoonful of this chocolate dessert that my dad made for Easter, but just a spoonful...and it was enough to satisfy me. I'm so glad I didn't pig out!
