I've decided to continuously journal my progress not only to keep myself accountable, but to continuously motivate myself through this journey. I'm 22 years old and have never truly been on a diet before. I used to be more religious about working out and did roughly keep tabs on my daily calorie intake, however as life becomes busier and busier it's more difficult to manage everything without any structure to my eating. That's where SB comes in. Today is day 4 for me and not to get myself too excited about it, but I've already lost 3 lbs. (part of this is due to the fact that I had all four wisdom teeth out yesterday so my diet has been extremely limited. Basically, I'm sure I'll put some of the weight back on the second I return to solid foods again.) As of today I have 18 lbs. too lose, but I will be more than thrilled to lose 23 lbs.
