| Day 1 on SB: B-2 eggs scrambled, 2 pieces turkey bacon, 20 oz water S-6 almonds, 4 cashews, 2 macademia nuts, string cheese, 1/2 cup cucumbers soaked in Italian dressing, 16 oz water L-Water packed tuna with 1T mayo, 1/2 cup green beans, 1 cup baby spinach with Free Kraft Cheddar Cheese with 1T Italian dressing S-HB egg, 3 celery sticks with 1T natural PB, 20 oz water | ||||||||||

| Day 8--doing great. I am not craving ANYTHING. I actually starting exercising yesterday. I hope that I am going to stick to it. Weight has stuck at 151 now since Sunday. A little frustrating but a push with some exercise should help. | ||||||||||

| Good for you. What exercise have you chosen. We have a friend who swears by Curves. I do water arobics. Luv2bike does something, hummmm can't remember. Exerciseangel just did her first half marathon. | ||||||||||
