| alright, well today phase one started for me... not bad at all. it was very easy, if not enjoyable. i wanted bread a few times but after drinking a bottle of water the cravings pretty much went away instantly. so i guess i can say i'm doing pretty good for day one. the only part i had trouble with is i just came back from a camping trip and the house is full of cookies, beer, pop, chips, hot dogs, buns... it's not that i want to eat these, but its all thats here! i guess i should have prepared a little better, i forgot how much planning should be put into it when you first start. it's all good though, things still worked out fine with what i had, tomrrow when i go shopping i can start following the plan to a science... drank lots of water today to, probably about 15 bottles. ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/journal-your-way-thin/764-adventure.html worked out - 45 minutes of running breakfast - white eggs w/ cottage cheese snack - unsalted peanuts lunch - white eggs w/ cottage cheese again, one hamburger patty, cucumber snack - cut up chicken breast dinner - salada w/ low fat caeser dressing, topped with skinless chicken breast dessert - unsalted nuts again so it was a good first day, but tomorrow will be better. :Whip: | |||||||||||

| Thats who I heard sloshing. LOL, Good for you. I have the worst time with drinking water. :joy: Your meals look good, hope you found a home for all that bread. Great start. | ||||||||||

| worked out - 45 minutes of running breakfast - white eggs w/ cottage cheese snack - cheese stick lunch - chicken, caeser salad w/ low fat dressing snack - cut up chicken breast, cheese strick dinner - white eggs w/ cottage cheese, ham only five meals yesterday but it worked out fine, i drank enough water for an army. cravings are gone, starting to get a few headaches but it should pass pretty soon. i'll update with today's meal list tonight.

| breakfast - cottage cheese, ham snack - cheese stick lunch - salmon, ham, cottage cheese snack - peanuts dinner - fish, broccoli, salad, shrimp snack - piece of fish, ham didn't work out today so i'll just do double tomorrow.
