Well, this week I am on vacation! Yeah, that's right. Whether you like it or not boss! Haha! :joy:
Woke up about 10:30:Love3: took Lucy and simon out for a little romp around to take care of business. Went to the gym about noon and did not leave until freakin 2! I did a Resistance training class using a work out ball and then about 45 minutes of cardio, walking, jogging, and bike. I like the bike that leans back because I just can't hang with the other bikes. Plus, the one I use really works the glutes and hams. Oui! My but is numb when I get off that thing!

Tomorrow it will be 45 minutes of cardio. Not sure what I'll use though, i like to mix it up. However, the stair master is not my cup of tea.
Feeling pretty good though. I'll post measurements tomorrow. I have not been weighing myself anymore than once or twice. :Clap: Hee-hee!
