| Ok I am starting squeaky clean today!! I can already tell im doing it right. If you are following Phase 1 perfectly you can tell because you get super thirsty. So today is day 1 and my weight is 125.5 and my waist measurment is 26". I will post my weight and waist again next Thursday to see how I have progressed in 1 week of being squeaky clean. I actually have been on Phase 1 for 13 days now, however I found out I was cheating last week by eating s/f f/f instant pudding, and I also had to many nuts a couple of days. So for the next two weeks im going to avoid nuts and the s/f f/f pudding and see how my weight loss goes (o: ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/journal-your-way-thin/862-brownies-thread.html Wish me luck!! Oh my workout for today was 20 minutes on the eliptical and then 25 minutes of intervals on treadmill going from 5mph one minute to 8mph for a minute and back and forth for 25 minutes, woo hoo!! | Ok, so im depressed today last week I was 125.5 and this week i weigh 127 what's up with that?? I guess eating to many nuts two days in a row must have done it to me. Menu today June 9th Brkfst: 2 eggs, mixed veges Snack: 13 cashews Lunch: 96/4 lean beef, 1/4 cup low fat cheese, mixed veges Snack: cauliflower, hummus, 1/2 cup cottage cheese Dinner: tilapia, mixed veges Dessert: 3/4 cup f/f ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup milk, 1T cocoa We are getting an inground pool. | Hiya Brownie! You are the weight I am aiming for! Boy, once you get the pool in, you'll have your own water gym! I love swimming because it tones arms and legs so well. Plus, you get a tan and stay cool all in one!! The only way I would be caught in a pool right now was if it was mine.(which I don't have) Way to go on the pool! When I was little, I wanted a pool so bad so I could have a pet dolphin! LOL I haven't been swimming in 2 years! I have 30 lbs to lose before I would even think of getting in a bathing suit. | |||||||||||

| I wish I could loose 20lbs haha, but I know my body doesn't want to be that weight, I would have to eat 1200 calories a day and never have sugar in order to be 20lbs lighter, haha. So i'll be happy with a 10lb loss. Hopefully when you get to your goal weight your not like me and want to loose more. It's seems we can never be skinny enough. To bad our society has made us this way. Why is it men can gain weight and it's no big deal, but we as women have to be fit and trim or else the men aren't attracted to us, geesh. Well my honey loves me I know no matter what. He loves my body now and tells me all the time I don't need to loose any weight, but I have to do what feels good for me. Well im off to lunch now. | Saturday june 10th. I did 20 minutes on the eliptical and 30 minutes of intervals on the treadmill woo hoo. Started to do weights but im just taking this whole week of weights, it's good to give your body a rest from it every 4-6 weeks or so to help break through plateaus. Weight today is 125.5 :Clap: I am hoping to be 117lbs by the end of July. Wish me luck. | This morning I almost didn't workout, I was hungry so I was gonna eat my breakfast then I was like no cause I won't workout so I :Whip: on myself and worked out then my appetite went away, woo hoo. Anyway I don't have much of an appetite at all today. I had breakfast at 11:30 and im having lunch at 4:15 p.m. for lunch im just having cucumbers, hummus, cauliflower and cottage cheese. for dinner I think i'll have tilapia and asparagus. dessert will be f/f ricotta mixed with 1/2 cup vanilla mac nut coffe and 1/4 cup milk and ice, mmmmmmmmm can't wait it's like a frappachino!! | Well for dinner I ended up having turkey and cheese. Dessert: 1/4 cup coffee 1/4 cup milk 3/4 cup f/f ricotta 4 packets splenda 1 T cocoa Snack at 11p.m. s/f orange jello with 2 T f/f whip cream I'm tired ready for bed now. I have to go to a family reunion tomorrow with my hubby, woo hoo can't wait, NOT!! I did make a nice healthy tomato cucumber salad to take with me so at least I know there will be one thing I can eat while im there, I also plan to take cheese and lunchmeat with me incase im starving. They never have healthy food at this reunion, my dish will be the only healthy one there, o'well im on a mission. I guess our pool will be in the first week of August instead of July 20th so that gives me like a whole nother week to get down to 117, woo hoo. I'm on a roll!! If anyone gives me crap for eating healthy tomorrow im gonna :Whip: on them, haha. | ||||||||||

| Hey everyone well I just got back from the family reunion. I didn't eat one bad thing, woo hoo. I love Phase 1!!! Today''s menu Scrambled eggs, broccoli, onion, salsa, cheese lunch: cottage cheese, black beans, cheese, deviled egg snack: turkey low fat cheese dinner: tilapia, cauliflower, hummus dessert: ricotta, milk, coffee, ice, 1T cocoa, 4 splendas made into a mik shake Today my weight was 126, geesh why does it have to jump around so much. Anyway I did 45 minutes of interval training on the treadmill!! 7 weeks to go before we have our pool!!! woo hoo:Clap: | ||||||||||
