| While Im not far from my goal , I am not feeling great in my own skin .... Id like 2 lose 10 lbs and go from there . ive been below 120 before and it looked great , however I did not "feel" great... We will see how it all goes down this time around though . My journal is basically a place for me to record my food intake and excercise. I own my own business so my time is very limited to say the least . Ill do my best to keep up in here | ||||||||||
